The Silk Road Adventure-one of my dreams

They are back all the eighteen of them, with so many experiences and that special feeling of freedom. After covering more then 12,800 km and conquering 8countries from Turkey to China in 53 days they are back after finishing their world tour. A daunting incredible journey which Helge Pedrsen, the leader of Globe Trotters Tours has been doing for the last 10 years, 4 times a year. This time they had to go thru a new route, The Silk Road. I hope one day I would afford to take so much days off to be able to do it. It's one of my dreams to be able to visit so many places in such an exotic way because it is such a exciting way to see the world in such a beautiful perspective. It's a challenge that I'll face one of these days...until that day I just watch the video and drool:)

Since the dawn of time, mankind has been searching...searching for something more. Ever since the first homo-sapiens pushed a mammoth over a cliff; feasted on its widely dispersed remains and decided that it was a pretty good meal; we've been on the road to culinary improvement.
