Since I quit smoking, the first thing I used to do was to switch on my espresso machine and grind some fresh coffee. Before this experiment, my day doesn't use to begin until the first (or second) mug of espresso is consumed. What's more, I'm in good company in my captivation by espresso; an average of 77% of grown-ups consume the well-known refreshment every day.  While I used to cherish the caffeine buzz and expanded sharpness that espresso gave me (or so I thought), I started to see that my relationship with espresso was becoming harmful — filled with nervousness, peevishness, low energy, and developing uneasiness. I won't say it was an all-out habit, yet I depended vigorous
