It's been a while since I have dotted down a couple of lines, but a lot of good things came my way and I was quite busy to keep up abreast to them. Hope I'll have the time to talk you thru some of them :)... In the meantime I'm back on Keto diet or as most people prefer to call it Low Carb diet and it is an amazing weight loss program and it is working marvelously, the same way it work magic when I was on it earlier on, I’ll keep you updated on how much kilos I’m losing and some recipes I use and you might like to try as well, until then au reviour
